You can take advantage of our online single payment for all kinds of credit cards or online installments from Akbank. In your online payments, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card at the end of your order. In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, the refund will be made to your credit card within 3 business days.

3) Return of Order Fee

In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; VESTO MAĞAZACILIK San. The Limited Company will refund the product price to your account and / or credit card within three business days. However, you are required to report your bank account information and / or credit card information accurately and completely to the financial authorities of our company.

4) Delivery

We try to deliver the products you ordered to the cargo on the same day. For products that take time to procure, the cargo delivery time is 3 working days as specified in the product details. You will be informed in case of a possible delay in delivery.

In order to ensure the delivery of the product without delay, please inform the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.

Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Samsun based company will be sent by Yurtiçi Kargo. After your orders are approved, they will be delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 2 (two) business days at the latest.

5) Payment Tracking

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you received. If you think there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company.

After the delivery of the product, it is accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.
